No Sweat Intro Session
We have a very unique program at CrossFit Mendota – especially for people who are new to CrossFit. We start everyone off with a complimentary 60 minute intro session. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals and to determine if CrossFit Mendota will be your best path to success. During your FREE intro session we will:
- Get to know you, what motivates you, and what your current fitness challenges are
- Give you a tour of the Twin Cities’ best functional fitness training facility
- Provide an overview of our unique training methodology and class options
- Determine if CrossFit Mendota will be the best fit to get you where you want to go!
After Your Intro Session
After your intro session, we want you to attend a class, on us. You will have full access to our class schedule which can be found by clicking here. Our coaches cover the fundamentals of every movement, every class. Safety and quality movement are our #1 focus. It doesn’t matter whether you are 2 weeks into CrossFit or 2 years, the workouts will always be scalable to your ability level. Our coaches use their experience and movement hierarchies like this one so that everyone receives the attention they deserve and the workout they need.
